Android tv suddenly not letting me log in apple tv

On my new Android Phillips TV, I was able to watch Apple TV fine for the first couple weeks, but suddenly tonight, it asked me to login. I tried to, but it kept saying "you're signed in, your tv will refresh," only to bring me back to the "sign in" page with the QR code. I've tried uninstalling, clearing cache, making sure the timezone is correct. Nothing makes sense.
