Has anyone else noticed when texting on the new iPhone 15 pro max the screen is not very responsive ? I’ll be texting and I’ll hit a letter as I’m texting an it won’t won’t respond . It’s like you have to tap the screen pretty had for it to be responsive

I spoke with Apple Care, I was having the issue of having to long press everything to get the screen to react. They tried to walk me through everything and nothing worked. I restored the phone, reset the network settings and went through everything in the settings to see what could be turned on that would cause this to happen. Nothing worked, but I reset the phones settings completely and it fixed the issue. Just for clarification the phone is a brand new Iphone 15 just bought 4 days ago. Was set up with all information and settings transferred over from an Iphone 14 pro....the phone worked just fine for the first 3 days and then the issues started once I updated the software. ISO 17.5 has bugs in it and needs to be fixed.
My 15 pro max freezes, says texts aren’t sent when they are, videos stop and start buffering half way through. Items on Marketplace I’m looking at won’t show a picture. You may want to think twice about getting one. I have over 400GB available on my phone.

Same here, started tonight, i am not sure about the update, but my new iPhone 15 Pro Max is stuck on the lock screen and nothing will WORK!!!!

I have the same issue. Phone numbers, texts, doesnt matter, punching the screen and zilch! What is the fix, APPLE?
My screen will randomly drop into screen saver mode while I am typing or texting. It can happen 5 or 6 times in a matter of seconds. Guess I need to schedule an appointment at Apple.

It’s hard to text on this phone. Screen responds when you press down hard. It’s not as smooth as it used to be.
