iOS17 iMessage Chat Crashing

I have an iPhone 15 pro max. Same issue. I own a business where I receive hundred(s) of photos a day through iMessage (groupchats) and will freeze and crash atleast few times a day. Only way I can fix it temporarily is by deleting the photos (which isnt really resolving). Sometimes I cannot even get any access to the photos.

Ive been doing this for awhile and never had an issue on my iPhone 14 pro max on previous ios. Its super frustrating and im just waiting update by update to get this fixed. I know its not a hard task for an iphone to handle since previous generation phone and ios could handle months of these photos/groupchats without deleting them. Now its a day or two and boom. Its crashes. Apple please resolve this issue.

I have tried all these steps provided. Non of them work. I also even contacted apple support and they weren’t able to resolve this issue for me. Telling me to vist an apple store. Went to an apple store and they told me they have to take my phone and may take months to get another one. Probably one of the worst “support” I’ve received. Regardless I don’t think it’s specifically per phone issue. I think it is an iOS issue.
