Vertical Lines on iPhone 11 Pro Camera

Sometimes when I open my camera to take a pic, I see heavy blue and red vertical lines. It comes and goes. When I update my phone it’s okay for a little, and then will start again, on and off randomly. They vary in size and intensity, randomly. I never know when my camera is going to look normal or have these annoying lines. I’ve updated my phone, not sure what to do. I’m out of warranty and have only had this phone for a year.
