Can’t Use Trusted Device
Okay so here’s the problem. I’ve been trying to log into my Apple ID and can’t because it says to send code to a trusted number that I no longer have. I tried all the steps but it won’t even let me request account recovery . It still try to send to trusted number. I been on the phone with support and we tried many process together but she was even stumped on to why it wasn’t letting me do anything . She even said it should’ve been an option to have it sent to email but there wasn’t. It’s not like I forgot my password because I didn’t and even then when trying that route it still just tries to send to a number I no longer have. When I try clicking “ don’t have access to numbers” all it does is send me back to log in page or if I try it on my laptop it just sends me to forums that don’t even help about what the problem is.
