No one here has access to your account info and devices (and that is a goo ting, BTW).

A. Update Using a Computer:

Have a Computer Handy? If so, try using a computer to update. If any updates are available, they will install, cure enough. Use my User Tip: Update your iPhone Using a Computer - User Tip

B. Update Using Cellular:

You device is compatible with updating over cellular. So, that may be an option for you. Use my User Tip: Use an iPhone 12 or later, that is using 5G, in order to update over Cellular - User - Tip

C. Is the iPhone Stuck in a Boot Loop?:

Perhaps it is stuck in a boot loop? This can occur when updating, and it stalled while the proces.  So, use MY User Tip: How to Fix an iPhone in a Boot Loop - User Tip
