I am using a Mac mini with a monitor; however, the Lock Screen doesn't seem to stay on as I have it set up in my settings. It always turns off and on again. Why is this happening, and how can I fix this issue?

To find out if it's system wide or user specific, try this...
Open System Preferences>Users & Groups, unlock the lock, click on the little plus icon, make a new admin account, log out & into the new account.
Does it work in the new account?
