How do I get the App Store back I think I deleted it on accident
It cannot be deleted. Swipe all the way to the left to reveal the App Library and type in "App Store". You will then be able to add it back to one of your Home Screens.
Find your apps in App Library on iPhone - Apple Support
If not there, then check Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Installing App. Make sure this is set to Allow.

Just swipe left and enter App Library. Don’t worry. It will be there as it is impossible to uninstal it completely just for cases like this one.
It's not possible to accidentally delete App Store. You may have hidden it, swipe down on the middle of your iPhone Home Screen to activate a search box. Type "App Store" in it, it should come up. If no results come up, you may need to do a full factory reset.

Swipe down in the middle of the Home Screen until the Search function appears, then search for it. When it comes up, press and hold on the App Store until the 'Add to Home Screen' options appears. Click it and you're done.
Alternatively, does your device have App Store restrictions enabled?
Its undeleteable. You may have removed it from a Home Screen but it is still in your App Library.
Maybe check your Content and Privacy settings to see if it is restricted.
See if this works:
Open the Settings App > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Installing App. Make sure it is marked Allow.
To be absolutely sure, search for “App Store” on your iPhone (from the Home Screen, swipe down from the middle of the screen.).
If the App Store is missing, try to return iPhone settings to their defaults: Return iPhone settings to their defaults - Apple Support. You’ll lose the Home Screen arrangement for the icons but it should restore the App Store app.

I think it’s impossible to get back the App Store
The information has already been provided. It cannot be deleted. Review the previous post to determine if Screen Time restrictions are preventing access or if it is in your App Library. Those are the only 2 options.
Have you verified Screen Time settings provided?
Have you used the supplied link to find in the App Library?

Nope, it cannot be deleted. It can be moved from the home screens or restricted, but not deleted.

You are saying the App Store app cannot be deleted, but it actually can. I never deleted it, but it is gone. It is gone from my iphone, it is not hidden. When I search for it nothing comes up and not only that, when I go to the app store website and it says to open it in the app from the website, nothing happens. I have reset the phone, still no luck. These are work cells and I have several co-workers who are having the same issue. My personal iphone shows that when you "edit" your home screen, that delete is an option with this icon. Some of the default icons (apps themselves) do not give this option. None of this matters really, all I need to know is how to get it back, since that is the only way to get other applications loaded on these phones.
Here is the screenshot when you attempt to delete the App Store:
To further resolve your issue provide these screenshots:
You put everything in iCloud and factory reset your iPhone

Mac Jim,
I seriously appreciate how helpful and patient you are being with everyone and I’m not trying to be difficult. But as a low level comp. tech. I did all your steps and they are not working but just to let you see what I’m experiencing, I’ll do screen shots as well.

My only thought is our organization (they are work phones) has blocked our access. Which after almost 7 plus years of us on iPhones with no issues just seemed odd to have this issue.
Yes it does appear that your organization has blocked access to the App Store. This is not unusual for Work or School environments that use MDM (Mobile Device Management) software. By using this software they can remotely install apps on the device they want you to use and prevent you from installing additional software. Thank you for the screenshots and the additional information about it being an iPhone provided by your employer. This information will also be useful to others who may be experiencing the same issue.
For some reason this thread has been bombarded by people who just want to say they don't have access, but are not looking for a solution as they aren't even subscribed to the thread to receive the responses. More than likely these people know why they cannot download apps from the store and I suspect most are kids who have had the App Store restricted by their parents using Parental Controls.
