Haven't been able to backup to Monterey using Time Machine in almost a year. The external hard drive shows up on my desktop but isn't acknowledged by Monterey when I try to run Time Machine. What can I do to make this work? It is a Seagate external hard drive. I have a Mac Pro from 2013.
