Device disappeared from ‘Find My’ after porting number to new phone

My daughter got a new iPhone 13 on a new network. She was keeping her old number so the new phone was set up with the new sim which has a different number. Before her old number ported over both devices were appearing under devices in Find My but now that her old number has ported over her device has disappeared from Find My on my iPhone and iPad. It still shows under devices on her old iPhone on Find My. The new phone is showing under devices when logging into her Apple ID on the web but it shows the temporary number. She is in my Family Sharing but with her own Apple ID linked to my Apple ID.

Is the problem that the device still shows the temporary number? Any advice on how to fix this please?
