If I restore my new iPhone from an older iPhone back up, I will replace all the data that I may have already put on the new iPhone. How do I move data from one iPhone to another and keep the data that I have already put on the newer iPhone

There is currently no way to move or restore all the data from one device and merge it onto another device already containing data.
If you don't want to lose what's on the new device, you may want to try looking in to what you can store in iCloud and manually move over.
