How to transfer data from iPhone 11 to iPhone 17 without erasing anything?

I recently bought the iPhone 17 and I'm upgrading from the iPhone 11. I'd like to transfer or essentially copy all the information from the 11 to the 17 without erasing anything from the 11. I plan on using both phones with different sims for work reasons.

Essentially, I'd like to keep the 11 as it is and have the information copied to 17 to build on it. I've been using the free 5GB icloud storage on the iphone 11, so data has not been backed up this way. Is there any other to copy all the information to the new phone without deleting it off the old one?
