Iphone 12 Pro max Overheating and battery health degrading

My iPhone 12 Pro Max keeps on overheating when charging, playing normal game, watching video in PiP mode and its making my battery health worse

We recommend looking over If your iPhone or iPad gets too hot or too cold - Apple Support to see expectations for the device temperature and see if the device is running within the acceptable operating temperature. If you are experience thermal issues via sensory, shutdowns, or temperatures beyond the expectations, you'll want to contact Apple Support right away.
