Running updated macOS Ventura version 13.6. Receiving the message run First Aid from Recovery after running first aid on Macintosh HD. See attached message...I created a backup usb and now a little fearful to run First Aid from Recover because I have never attempted this before. What are the next steps please?

First Aid is there to find and repair disk errors. it's a non destructive utility.

Boot into the Recovery volume (boot with the Command + R keys held down - Intel Macs) or (How to Boot an M1 Mac into Recovery Mode). Then select Disk Utility and repair all volumes available.

(⌘⬆︎5) Command-Shift-5 Invoke new screen grabber
It seems to be a hardware issue so you should make an appointment at the nearest Apple Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have it checked out.

Thanks for your step by step instructions and reassurance that I wouldn't crash my iMac! I did run the first aid from recovery on startup as you instructed. Attached is the only error I received...what steps should I take now?
Rerun it and do it several times in a row to see if you can fix the drive.

I reran first Aid from Recovery 6+ times but same error. Here is a screen shot of the detail of error. Any suggestions knowing this information?

To repair the startup volume, run First Aid from Recovery.
