Lost my downloaded CDs from iTunes library to iphone.

I syncd my iphone with iTunes library to add another CD and erased all the rest of my CDs on my iphone. How do I get them back on my phone? They are still in my iTunes library on my computer.

Lost music I got a new phone and when I connect to computer it went straight to “back up” and not thinking it was backing up phone to computer and not computer to phone I backed it up. I lost 90% of my iTunes library that was downloaded from CD’s and not bought on-line. Verizon kept my phone as a trade in so I can’t get it of the old phone even. Is there anyway I can possible recover my library w/o having to pull out all the CD’s again?

Can’t get CD downloads back I got a new iPhone and lost all my cd music. I backed it up to my iMac but can’t figure out how to get it back to iTunes. Is it possible or easier just to spend a couple hundred bucks? Help!
