Battery draining fast on iPhone 15 Pro

I recently upgraded from 11 Pro to 15 Pro and I’m shocked about the battery life. I barely can get through a day even though I’m rarely using it… With my 11 Pro I could even get trough nearly 2 days. I already changed a lot of settings (background refresh, no always-on display etc) but my battery still drains like crazy. I’m so disappointed 😔

I purchased a new iPhone 15 Pro yesterday, 3/30/24, and loaded it with 1 terabyte. This is my 5th iPhone and I have set all my battery saving settings and cleared off most of my notifications, yet the phone’s battery drains to less than 20% in about 12 hours.

This seems to be a common problem for this model. Is the model a lemon or has anyone been able to find a solution?

I have turned practically everything off based on a lot of articles (which kind of defeats the purpose) and my battery still drains really fast sadly (worst than my other phones). I will look at this article also.

if someone is not using the phone at all.

Mobile data is turned off, Wi-Fi is turned off.

no application running in the background, the phone is in idle state. Location service are turned off, Bluetooth is turned off.

but still the battery drains quickly. You mean to say someone has spent 1200$ just to keep the phone in idle state.

why would someone spend this much on an iphone,

they can buy a basic Nokia phone

that’s far better than iPhone 15 pro

apple should better fix this or refund the money

I got on Apple support about this without help . it was even on low power mode. Been wanting to switch to iPhone but because of this issue, returned the phone. Too bad, it’s such a pretty phone. found a 14 pro max on Backmarket. Couldn’t find at Apple

I have upgraded my phone to iphone 15 yesterday. My phone battery drains like 1% in 3-4 minutes. Getting really frustrated after investing something big & getting this type of result.Totally disappointed. Apple should find a immediate solution to this.

Despite being brand new, my iPhone 15 Pro seems to have the battery life of a device that’s been in use for 2 or 3 years. To avoid running out of battery during work hours, I’ve resorted to using my two-year-old iPhone 13, which surprisingly outperforms the battery life of the new iPhone 15 Pro. Frustrating!

Mine started the first day I got it and has been getting worse. I have done everything possible o help my battery life. I had the 13 pro and never had this issue. Nothing has changed on my end just the change from the 13 pro to the 15 pro and wish I never changed. Worse iPhone ever especially for the money they charge and the fact you have to pay extra for plug and wires!

Hello. I just got my iPhone 15 just try to improve battery issue from iPhone 13 Pro. It’s worse than ever. Please, what’s going on. I turn my phone on 7 am, it’s 11:51. No one phone or video call and the battery is 65% already.

Yestersay I had to charge my phone twice.

I have the same issue with my 2 months old iphone 15 pro, I started using it today around 8:30 am now is 3:30 pm and it is already at 21%. It is not normal for a new phone with a new battery to charge it 2 or 3 times per day. APPLE PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, TO MANY PEOPLE HAVING THE SAME ISSUE WITH THEIR NEW IPHONE 15

Does anyone know if there will be a fix for this I might have to swap my iPhone 15 Pro for my sons iPhone 13 as the battery life is far better!!

Bring back the iPhone 11 Pro that was the battery champion!!

Apple are horrible. How can they bring out a BRAND NEW phone and have significant less battery life than a phone yearsss older being my 13 pro max!

yes agreed. replaced my iphone 11 pro last week and the battery on this iphone 15 pro doesn’t last a day - and i have all the background/always on other items folks say you should turn off. disappointing.

They’re not recognizing it officially! I contacted them and the lady was very nice but didn’t know why! She had me turn my automatic brightness off but it still is draining like crazy. I will probably end up switching to the iPhone 14 Pro even though I just got this phone like a week and a half ago! I have never ever had this problem with any of my older phones!
