Second day with the phone and had to charge it twice today and it’s back down to 19% after normal use…No apps running on background or extended use, battery health at 100% 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️

When you first activate it or do an iOS update, the iPhone always tend to drain the battery faster and this is due to the background process iOS does to optimize, including, but not limited to, syncing with iCloud, re-indexing your file system, photos, etc. (for faster search). This is normal and usually ends quickly, depending on the amount of data you have - the more data, the longer it takes.
Yes, mine also but always the same with Apple until we make it known. Then they fix it.... you think they would have gotten the message at this stage ffs !
Yesterday i posted a screenshot of 99%battery health and today less than 24hrs here it goes 98% battery health. Is this normal???
its been a week I bought 15 pro, upgraded to 17.2 on 18th of December. Never faced this fast battery drain on brand new phone. So sad with 15 pro battery quality 😔😔
I got the same issue it is really frustrating to have such issues with new iPhone my battery life now it 100 what will happens when it becomes 90🤦🏼♂️
mine is iphone 15 plus and I experience the same issue. My battery drain so fast.. I wander does Apple resolve this issue??
At least in my case, it’s neither of those. Both AOD and background app refresh are off. (I’ve always had background app refresh off on all my iPhones.)

I gave my kid my 12 pro max, got myself the 15 pro. Walked around NYC taking pics all day - mine was dead at 4pm, the 12 pro max was on 27%. Both started at 100% at 8am 😖
Got the iPhone 15 in November and the battery life doesn’t last. Have to charge it twice. The iPhone 14 Plus battery life was way better. Regretting changing to the IPhone 15. Apple please fix this

I as well bought 15plus due to the review that it had a great battery performance than others but it does not. Instead it drain so fast even I did not used it that much.
Mine still not, raise it and they diagnose it but they just let me know that it’s normal. Was a bit disappointed

I wish I knew. (The 14 Pro Max is the same for me. Huge amount of regret.) If I could downgrade to a different model and not be penalized, I would do it in a second.
Bought an iPhone 15 pro max recently, and immediately noticed the battery drains really fast, Apple really needs to step up and do something about this, 29 hours of life is false advertisement…
Manufacturers’ claims for any product are under very controlled conditions. No one actually gets 5000 hours out of an LED light bulb.
