Second day with the phone and had to charge it twice today and it’s back down to 19% after normal use…No apps running on background or extended use, battery health at 100% 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️

When you first activate it or do an iOS update, the iPhone always tend to drain the battery faster and this is due to the background process iOS does to optimize, including, but not limited to, syncing with iCloud, re-indexing your file system, photos, etc. (for faster search). This is normal and usually ends quickly, depending on the amount of data you have - the more data, the longer it takes.

I got the same response as well once they doen diagnose my phone they said it normal.I dont really get it where is the normal ughh and up until now Iphone did not address this isse

Switch from 13pro to 15pro to only find out my 2 year old battery lasted 30% longer than the brand new 15 pro. THE WORST PHONE EVER!
It's not normal. Because I used my phone and used a new icloud which does not have any data on it, and it sure drains pretty quickly.
