How do I find and unblock a group message on iPhone?

I figured it out after making this mistake a few weeks ago.

do the following:

on the messages app , select edit, then select show recently deleted

the group chat that you deleted will show here. Select that group chat

click on recover all

Click on Done

I did this today and I am now able to send and receive group texts from the group that I blocked.

1. Open Messages
2. Keep select back to "Filters" at the top left.
3. Select "Recently Deleted"
4. Select the message you would like to recover
5. Select "Recover"

this does not show the “group chat”

Also, there isn't a "conversation" list. I have an iPhone XR, all updates are current
