I had to get a new physical card and I asked support how to recycle the old card and they must have googled it because it’s the same 4+ year old instructions that don’t work anymore. There’s no option in the app to select AppleCard in the recycling section.
Your new card came with a cardboard envelope that includes a UPS label. Just put your card in the envelope and send it back to Apple.
It will be the iCar1-every year there will be a new model.
There were no instructions to read or follow. It could be your problem the next time they send you a card.
about a week and a half ago I got yet another titanium card, no explanation. I am well on my way to having enough to build a car.
