How to change animation origin point upon applying transition in Motion?
I'm trying to create a particular animation that makes a video or photo 'pop in' to frame in a 'picture-in-picture' style. Think like "social media logos popping in over a YouTube video".
When I attempt to create a transition in motion for it, once the transition is applied to the media, the animation plays correctly, but the anchor point does not move with the media if it is moved around on-screen. The media 'pops in' from the center, toward whatever spot the media is placed, rather than 'popping in' centered on the media itself.
I've tried creating an effect in motion too, and it solves the above issue but creates another. I can move the media freely, and the anchor point stays centered on the media the effect is attached to. However, once applied, the length of the media in the timeline then controls the speed of the animation effect attached to it.
Does anyone know how to sort this out? I've been wracking my brain and looking all over for answers and can't find any.
Thanks to any who attempt to help me out!
