Exercise ring stays at 0

I have 2 Apple watches; a series 5 and an Ultra. My exercise ring did not move at all the other day while I was wearing my Ultra watch, and I was very active. I switched watches for the next day and everything worked fine on my series 5. I have gone through some toggle settings that were recommended online and there appears to be no change. How can I get my exercise ring moving again?

Check that. you have switched correctly and successfully for which watch you are using (in your iPhone's Watch app).

In the Health app on your iPhone try the following route to check which data sources are enabled

Health > Activity > Exercise Minutes > (scroll down) Data Sources & Access

The data sources will appear in priority order, so you might need to shuffle the list.
