Hi, I'd like to transfer my iPhone 8 to a refurbished 11. I only have the 1 sim in my 8. Does the 11 need a sim in it as well? I'm 61 and not very tech savvy! Any help would be appreciated. Thank You, ShortGrain

Put it in the iphone 11
Keep phones near each other
Turn iphone 8 on
Turn iphone 11 on
On the Hello screen on the 11, follow the instructions

Thank You LD150. That bit of information doesn't seem to appear anywhere in all the sites I've looked at, including Apple!
My 8 is backed up in the iCloud, I see that comes up as an option to transfer, or transfer directly from the 8 to the 11. Which is the best, in your opinion? Apologies for being a Numptie! ;)
