Need advice for external disk recovery

MacOS Sonoma. MacBook Air M1

In a split second I chose the wrong external disk to delete. I disconnected it from my Mac just after 2 seconds.

Disk Doctor now shows me the disk, with an error code:

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter-error -119930868

It is not possible to activate or repair it again.

By using several "free" software solutions, I can see folders and files after deep scanning, but will be charged quite a lot for the option to recover it.

So; is there a method or any free software out there with can recover it?
