I want to remove a subscription before it renews but when I select it nothing happens.What does this mean?

I am using an iPhone 13 Pro Max and I am trying to remove a subscription before it renews on October 10, 2023. When I select the subscription nothing happens.

MacBook Pro 13″, OS X 10.11

If you cannot end your subscription, please Contact - Official Apple Support to get help with this issue
