My iPhone widgets do not show up when adding it on my Mac desktop

My iPhone widgets do not show up when adding it on my Mac desktop and I've done everything that the internet says I should. I updated to macOS Sonoma because I want the widgets feature - now I cannot even take advantage of the update! I've done everything I can, from checking my Desktop Widgets Settings (toggling on my Use iPhone Widgets)and Location Services, removing and re-adding my working widgets (which are the default widgets already available on Mac), uninstalling and reinstalling iPhone apps (for the iPhone widgets *that I want* to show up on my Mac), and even restarting my MBA multiple times. Watched every YouTube video for a quick fix but nothing seemed to work. The widget I want to add the most to my Mac desktop is Spotify! Please, is there any other way to make it work?

I was having the same issue but I realised that it was because the iPhone it was trying to pull the apps from was my old phone that I'd sold. I just didn't realise because I always rename my phone to be the same thing. Have a look in Settings App --> Desktop & Dock --> Widgets, then check that there isn't more than 1 phone in the dropdown list.
