why my apple pencil only can write english to be recognise? when i written in other language it still cant detected and it will still change into english , i have already changed the language on the bottom of my ipad but still no use, every time when i press the other language it wont change and stay in english

You are describing the Scribble feature for your iPad and Apple Pencil. Per iOS and iPadOS - Feature Availability - Apple, the feature works with these languages:
If you are trying to use Scribble with one of the languages listed above, you will need to make sure you have the language and region set to the corresponding language on your iPad. You can do this from the Settings app at Settings > General > Language & Region.
