wallet and Apple Pay not working after latest 17.0.2 update

When I open the wallet app the screen stay black this happens after the last update 17.0.2

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 17

Please delete the Wallet app and download a new copy from your Apple Store. After the new app is installed, try adding a card following the steps in the support article below.
