Location services not working

Me and my boyfriend share our location, he has a iPhone 7 and I have an iPhone 13 Pro… and two days ago all the sudden his location started pinging him somewhere he wasn’t. He was with me and it was saying he was at his old apartment. This is happening on Life360 and Snapchat map. I don’t know maybe if it’s because of the old age of his phone or what’s happening. We’ve tried turning everything off and then back on, there’s no new updates on my boyfriend’s phone.

Location services not recognized I’m trying to share my location with family members but I keep getting a message that location services are off. It’s turned ON in both “Find my iPhone” and in Privacy & Security. I’ve turned the phone off and back on several times, and have updated my software. Can anyone let me know what else I need to do?
