I’m trying to share my location with family members but I keep getting a message that location services are off. It’s turned ON in both “Find my iPhone” and in Privacy & Security. I’ve turned the phone off and back on several times, and have updated my software. Can anyone let me know what else I need to do? Thank you!

I was using the Message app, and happened to try it both on Wi-Fi and cellular connection. However, I figured it out!! I was using “Tile” - for some reason it must have interfered as location worked as soon as I turned it off.

Which app you are using for sharing the location?
P.S. Do you use WiFi or mobile network for connection?
