Location services not recognized

I’m trying to share my location with family members but I keep getting a message that location services are off. It’s turned ON in both “Find my iPhone” and in Privacy & Security. I’ve turned the phone off and back on several times, and have updated my software. Can anyone let me know what else I need to do? Thank you!

Unable to Share Location on iPhone I have verified that I have turned on all the “share my location” feature but it is not functioning. under the Find My > people, I tried sharing my location and it isn’t allowing me. I tried sharing through text, and I receive the error message of “unable to share location at this time.” I tried resetting all settings and went through the steps of checking the settings through settings>privacy security> location services> its on. find my settings while using the app is on checking maps while using app is on I have also updated my phone and my data signal and wifi signal are both strong not sure what else to do I am able to receive someone else’s location share but cannot share my location with others [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Location services My new iPhone says location services are turned off but they are all turned on. Why is this happening?

I was using the Message app, and happened to try it both on Wi-Fi and cellular connection. However, I figured it out!! I was using “Tile” - for some reason it must have interfered as location worked as soon as I turned it off.

Which app you are using for sharing the location?

P.S. Do you use WiFi or mobile network for connection?
