Billed through wallet apple pay to my card, money charged but doesn't show up on my account
It is billing me, taking my money for a service I am asking for (nutrisystem 3 month membership) and not connecting to my nutrisystem account. My bank shows nutrisystem has received the money but nutrisystem says they can't see it. This happened twice. I see the bill in my wallet but that doesn't give me a way to get a refund, nutrisystem can't see that I paid them. This is the second issue with transactions taking money out but not showing up on the services account. Paying for nothing isn't my goal. Please help figure out how to 1: get a refund 2: not be billed again
