Russian translation on Apple TV

Its down to the movie studios and content providers to make the audio and subtitles available for different languages for each movie they release on the platform. Apple has nothing to do with it.

If a specific movie or movies do not have Russian audio tracks or subtitles, contact the studio, publisher or distributor to inquire if they plan on adding them in the future.

As this is a user-to-user community, no one here can tell you why a particular feature isn’t available (anymore), unless Apple decides to make a public statement about that.
