logging to better me app with the paid subscription is impossible
I have purchased an annual subscription for betterme app and I was using it for about a month and then I stopped using it for couple of weeks. When I tried to login for several attepts in this couple months it says your email is not valid and didn’t let me to login. And this is the email that I have purchased the subscription with, my apple id email. I paid $29.99 for this app on May08, and it is not even let me loging.
I even tried to login with forget password and fast loginn, but I received an email that this email is not recognized and didn’t receive any link to restart my account.
Please help to resolve this issue.
