Can't export anything out of Final Cut, Motion, or Compressor

Recently upgraded to OS Sonoma and immediately started having problems. Everything is up to date including the apps, but im unable to export anything. Once I click the "next" button to choose a destination for my media it just sits there in each of the three softwares, no action at all.

In addition to the Apple pro apps software problems, Finder has been acting a little slow, specifically when copying files from one folder to the next, it too stalls out. Only solution I found was to exclude "spotlight" from accessing my external hard drives. I've reset preferences on each software, have restarted multiple times and still nothing is working.

Not sure if it's a permissions problem or what, help!

What versions of the applications? Are they up to date (FCP is at 10.6.9, Motion at 5.6.6 and Compressor 4.6.6)?

You may try deleting preferences - a common troubleshooting step when each of the applications misbehaves. As this happens to all of them, though, it seems unlikely to help.

It is more likely that something else may be having an impact: possible a third party software modification that does not work well in the new OS. To try to ascertain what it may be: Please run Etrecheck and post its full report here. Use the "additional text" button and paste the report into the text box.
