I bought 2tb on iCloud and it’s still saying I have no storage

Is the message you're receiving about storage indicating you're out of iCloud Storage or iPhone Storage? If you're not sure, take a look at this information on your device to confirm.

• Settings > General > iPhone Storage
• Settings > Your Name > iCloud

Check to see how much space is showing available for each. If the iPhone Storage is showing only a small amount available, you'll need to create additional space.

Tips to create space in iPhone Storage:

• Remove little used or unwanted apps
• Utilize features like iCloud Photos or iCloud Drive
• Remove music or movies that are not needed on your device
