I upgraded my iCloud storage plan but it still says I have no storage

i bought storage that was 2.99 then i bought more that was 9.99 but it keeps saying i dont have any storage

Buying more iCloud Storage CANNOT EVER add memory to your iPhone. All it does is give you more space in the cloud to sync data. Said simply, the memory on iPhone can't be increased. All you can do is delete things you don't need or use to free up space. That can include Photos, Music, Apps, Messages, Email, Files, etc.


There's a good chance you didn't need to buy the iCloud plan you bought.
