It seems for me you are looking for some "zoom to fit" options. Open the key commands and discover all possibilities. You can use the search field and type "zoom" or "fit" or something else. Or just scroll through the entire command set.
I don't know why there is a space on the bottom, and Apple probably has their reason. It is not a bug, as it is the same on an older 10.4.5 version of Logic. And that space is visible no matter what state you have the zoom. If you have 90 tracks it will still be there when you scroll to the bottom. So don't expect any changes on an update. You might submit a Feedback to Apple and see if they respond.

Not exactly. I am wondering why and how to fix the "Vertical Zoom" button, which when enabled, should use 100% of the vertical space in the track header to display the tracks. As you can see from my picture, there is still space left at the bottom of the track header when Vertical Zoom is on. Logic did not have this issue in previous versions.
I have the same problem, but with two and a half tracks worth of unused space at the bottom (see screenshot). I can't find any info about why this is, or how to change it. Seems like an oversight. I hope it will be addressed in the next update.
Ok, thanks for the response morozco. I will look into sending Apple a question/suggestion.
