Iphone music app documents and data
I have 3.5 gb of music on my iphone, but iphone storage shows 57 gb of documents and data in the music app. What is happening. I have tried deleting and reinstalling but it stays the same

The storage shown in documents and data aren't likely related to music you've downloaded through Apple Music or similar. With that said, the following article shows how to check your storage space and remove any unwanted content: How to check the storage on your iPhone and iPad - Apple Support

Thanks, but I have not downloaded 57 gb of music. I had to clear all of my songs out of Apple Music on my macbook pro, sync iphone, put all the music back into apple music and then resync phone - Now it shows 3 gb of music.
The new ios 17.0.3 has also cleared some of these storage issues up as well.
