LTE in left hand corner but no wifi

LTE in upper left hand corner of my new iphone 13 but shows im connected to the wifi

can't complete my iphone set up because not connected to wifi.

My old phone is connected to wifi with no problem

iPhone SE, iOS 16

no wifi on my new phone started the new phone set up and it stopped.

My old phone is connected to the wifi so i know its not my wifi
