Unauthorised transaction

There is a transaction been taken out from my account through Apple Pay. I contact my bank after three weeks. They told me this payment has been taken out by Apple Pay. Contact Apple Pay

Sorry, but assuming that this was a credit or debit card transaction, there is no “ApplePay” to contact.


Apple is not involved in making ApplePay transactions. (just as they aren’t involved with an online purchase made using a Safari browser)


All ApplePay transactions are executed between your device(s) and the payments system. (effectively as if you had used a physical card)


Any fraudulent transactions should be “disputed” with your card’s issuer.


If the charge was indeed made with YOUR device, consider changing your Passcode (Password if a Mac) … and resetting your Face/TouchID.
