I bought a new iPhone 15 Pro Max and successfully transferred from my iPhone 14 Pro Max.
After transferred I have erased my old iPhone 14 Pro Max.
Now I want to transferred from my iPhone 12 Pro Max to iPhone 14 Pro Max, but not successful. Stop at this screen. I cant upgrade to IOS17.0.2 for my iPhone 14 Pro Max for the transferred.
Can any one help? Thanks in advance.

Hey ivy_phong,
Your iPhone 14 Pro Max will need to be erased and on the Setup Assistant in order to transfer content from another iPhone. Based on your screenshot, the iPhone 14 Pro Max has been set up again already.
You'll need to erase your iPhone 14 Pro Max again following these instructions:
1. Go to Settings> General > Reset, then tap Erase all Contents and Settings.
2. Enter your passcode or Apple ID password.
3. Wait for all content to be safely removed from your device.

Then you can start the Quick Start process to transfer from your iPhone 12 Pro Max to your iPhone 14 Pro Max. This article has a great visual and step-by-step guide if you need assistance:

thank you for your reply. After updated the latest iOS 17.0.3 in my iPhone 12 Pro Max.
When I transferred to my iPhone 14 Pro Max. It’s work.
