Need free replacement upgrade
Phone is damage has been fixed at shop and still not working properly it drops calls can’t hear and Face ID not working

You are talking to other Apple users here. We have no idea what condition your phone was in before the repair, what repair shop you used, or what condition your phone is in now.
If you are not satisfied with the repairs, then I believe you would need to take it up with the repair shop.
