Hi, my name is Arshad *** I purchased my new iPhone 16 pro max from apple and now I’m facing so many problems like it’s over heating not charging charge is getting low very fast my screen gets black touch is not working properly it’s switched off by its self then it just stop working I can’t pick the call sometimes
