If I'm watching lets say "yellowJackets on my ipad and I switch to my windows based computer why isn't my option to watch "yellow Jackets" showing up on my computer?

What streaming service are you using? This may be an issue with the service, and not your iPad.

Apple TV and when on my Ipad I have lot more options than when I switch to apple tv on my windows based computer
