Battery Module not showing up in System Preferences - iMac

I have always been able to see my Magic Mouse battery level in the menu. I recently did a full software installation. Now I can't see the battery module in System Settings which allows you to set the mouse battery in the menu. I'm wondering if anyone has seen this.

Also, there should be a Battery tab on the left, which I'm not seeing now.

I'm running Ventura 13.6
