Paused video on inactive tab unpauses every time I open Safari

I have a video paused on an inactive tab. When I open Safari again, the video unpauses on its own. I then have to go find the tab and re-pause it.

I recently switched to an iPhone 15 Pro from a 7 Plus. I didnt have this issue on my 7 Plus. How do I get it to stop doing this?

Safari cannot open video full screen or use forward/back, all options freezes Say if I open Facebook video on Safari browser, I cannot open the video in full screen, at the same time the forward, back options do not respond. These options are not available any more.
