My Xs Max is not working or keeps turning on and off by itself. It’s restarting on its on. What should I do

My Xs max keeps turning off and restarting by itself. Happening like every 3 minutes. Won’t let me do a back up or anything cause it keeps re starting.

Have it inspected by Apple or an authorized repair facility and go from there.
