Hello, i was charged for subscription that i didn’t sign up for by Better Me app. They didn’t inform me about it at all. Also the the app seems like a scam as I cannot find my subscription in the Apple ID page. No subscription or anything

Better Me app, i have paid for a plan in the beginning, but they didn’t mention that it will be renewed automatically and I will be charged of much higher fees. I got a charge today of 179.99 aed on my card i was surprised. I started to search in the app, how to cancel, they keep referring to the Apple store that i can do it from there however When I check on my subscription page in Apple ID there is nothing about subscription at all so there was even no chance to see it and cancel it before.

I don’t want to use it and I want a refund of this transaction.

even when i try to request a refund, Apple support page doesn’t see anything that I signed for but in the app they send me to apple to request for refund. But how can i even request a refund from Apple if the Better Me app didn’t show up in the Apple subscription list.

Please help.
