Mail disappears from inbox after it has been read

This was after transferring files to a Mac Mini M2 from an iMac, both on Ventura iOS

Mail content not appearing on Mac I'm having the same problem I've seen reported before: randomly, some of my email is not displaying any content on my Mac, though I can see it in iOS. I've used a work-around that one user previously described -- moving the message to another folder and then back into the Inbox, and then it seems to display properly. But this clearly seems to be a longstanding bug. Is Apple ever going to address it?

MAIL: email going straight to trash Most, but not all, of incoming mail goes straight to trash; very few land in my in box. I am unsure of how this happened. How can I fix it? Not sure whether this is related or not, but some of my e-mail loses its message and gets another message attached; thus 2 headings, each with the same content. This doesn't happen a whole lot, but I have missed some messages I wanted.

disappearing email I am having an issue with mail disappearing completely when I mark items as "Not Junk" that had landed in my Junk folder, or when I try to simply move those messages to the mailbox that they belong in. I tried restarting my computer in Safe Mode but that didn't help. I also tried using Time Machine to recover the mail, but that doesn't appear to be an option. I know that others have had this problem, but I cannot find an answer that solves the issue.
