New iPhone 15 Able to receive calls from everyone except my wife. FaceTime audio and video calls come in from her. When she calls she can see that it’s ringing but no connection on my phone. She can leave a voicemail. We spent 2 hours with Verizon Tech support with no resolution. Tried restarting, toggling on and off airplane mode. Checked for blocked calls etc. Nothing works.
It’s so strange I can use FaceTime and FaceTime audio and but not regular call. We turned off Business ID on his phone and it goes through. I guess Verizon somehow is listing me as a business. I’ll contact them again. Thanks for your reply.

This seems like a problem with your carrier to me. Can you call without using FaceTime, and simply the phone app?
